The location was amazing, right by the beautiful Cleopatra beach and close to the city center. the hotel itself was new and very clean. the swimming pool and bar area were great, and I appreciated that the pool could be heated. the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. My room on the 5th floor had a fantastic sea view from the balcony. the bed was comfortable and the room had everything I needed. the daily room cleaning was great, and the breakfast served at the hotel was delicious. I also enjoyed the lunch and dinner options at the sister hotel, Riviera Hotel & Spa. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hotel.
